  5. Using art, participants can learn to interact in ways that are more accountable to inclusion of all humans and prevent gestures of dehumanization, trauma and colonization through unconscious bias, othering, and micro-aggressions. 

  6. We use the arts to reflect on and re-imagine our interpersonal relationships. We provide tools for inner and outer dialog that support people in establishing the skill and will to change patterns and behavior.
